The amount so deposited remains non refundable, in case of a cancellation, if any. 

1. The amount is a booking advance and the final amount payable shall be arrived upon at the time of your checkout, based on room service or/and dining charges, if any.

2. The amount for extra persons (adult/kids), if any, shall be payable, at the time of check-in. The details of the same would have been filled in at the time of booking and the provisioning for the same is made as per the booking itinerary, received by us.

3. The amount so deposited remains non refundable, in case of a cancellation, if any.

4. The details of the amount deposited, would have reached you through the 3rd party gateway service.

5. We need to reiterate that we are a family home and the property remains very conscious and particular about this particular aspect and therefore, as such, we request our guests to ensure that their conduct or behavior, in any way, does not cause any discomfort or disrespect to the other guests, or infringe upon their privacy or their enjoyment in any manner, whatsoever. We would like to remain clear, from the very onset, that we are absolutely uncompromising on this particular matter. 

6. Every guest will be required to carry their ID and address proof, which is mandatory for the Check-in.

To be able to avail of the differential tariff for kids, their age proof, adhar or any other, is mandatory.
